My intuitive journey
I like to paint different styles, and not restrain myself to a specific type of painting. It only depends on my mood.
In the intuitive section, you will find pieces I have created while meditating and channeling. In the abstract section, you will find mostly abstract landscapes born from my imagination mingled with memories of places I have seen. The pop section is dedicated to my "good mood" paintings. I become a child again who wants to have fun while listening to music with no restraint. I can dance, sing, splash and do anything that comes to my mind! Recently while travelling off road with my family, I have taken pleasure in creating my own natural pigments. It's a new challenge for me, and I really enjoy it! Some of my paintings now carry the energies of Madagascar but also a fragment of its land. How wonderful is that? I am super excited! I love what I do. It nourishes my mind, body and soul. Hello there!
Welcome to my gallery! My name is Mariam, and I have always been passionate about Art. I have been painting and drawing since I was a little kid. I remember sitting for hours at my desk trying to get a drawing right, and refusing to move until I was satisfied, and I was only 8! I never stopped drawing even throughout my Master's Degree in Computer Science. After many years as a developer in R&D, I decided to take my chances and finally make my dream come true : become a full-time artist. While traveling, I have met wonderful people, I have encountered amazing cultures, but most of all, I have found myself. It wasn't always easy, I faced my fears, my doubts, my false beliefs, the judgment of society, but it was all worth it, because this voyage of empowerment allowed me to be reborn as a new person. A person who believes in herself and in her creative potential. I currently live in Madagascar, a beautiful land with strong energies, energies that flow through me and into my paintings. These energies propel me forward on my path, a path I cannot ignore anymore.
